BREEDING BEARDED DRAGONS

leoking182 May 09, 2004 08:05 PM

Hi, I was wondering i've had my 2 beardeds seperated and cooling nowat about 78-80 degrees during the day, and about 70 degrees at night, and when can I start to bring it up again, what is the minimal time they can be seperated and i'm going to use a 50 watt light bulb starting in about 2 days to bring the heat a little down. So one last time what is the minumal time they would have to be seperated and cooled for, just to get them to breed. Thank you.

Well, it depends on age sometimes. If they are only a year old, they may not need to be cooled. If they are between a year and a half and two years, it may only need to be about 4 weeks or so. But you can let them go for like 6-8 weeks.
