First timer help please......

ok is it natural to be digging 8 hours after laying her eggs ? she is still trying to barry them, after i have taken them and put them away..... is it ok or should i pull out the piece she barried the eggs in ? she has atleast 3 inches of sand inside of there......

PLease help if you can

Take the eggs out! Sand is a horrible lay box substrate. It's going to suck all the moisture out of the eggs and kill them. You should really use moist moss for a lay box medium.

why she keeps takeing sand in there, i have moss for my lay box but she is takeing in sand to barry the eggs.... i dont know w.b. if you could
