Mother's Day Bonus: Twins ! ! !

mingdurga May 10, 2004 09:13 AM

Six eggs laid on March 21st. Lost one in 7 days ( fertile, but rotted). Remaing 5 eggs started to pip on May 8th, with 3 out by Sunday night. The twins have low weight of 26 and 31 grams. The larger female is 63 grams. Hopefully the twins make it. No deformities and behaviour normal.
The dark markings are thin on all the babies. Parents are cb 98 farm animals.

Enjoy the pix.

Are they identical down to the patterns??

Congrats on the twins. I do have a question though. I see that everyone seems to know the sex of the new born Balls. Do you like sex them right away? If so, how do you go about doing it? Just seems like they would be so small and easy to hurt. Any tips would be great. Thanks and good luck with the twins... John

Here are the remaining balls that came out yesterday afternoon. The total was 2.4. They don't look like normals
Any thoughts on what they are?

Thanks,

Mike
