I know that Uro's are prone to rostral abrasions when housed over a hard substrate, like bark. Bed-a-beast would probably be ok, but I want to keep live plants as well. Has anyone had any problems with straight potting soil?? I would avoid the ones with vermiculite obviously. I was also playing with the idea of a sponge substrate and potted plants... (?)

Also, how readily does sikorae usually take mealworms in your experience?
