meal worms?

can meal worms be used as a stple food for 4 month old chams?
if not what can be besides crickets?
had a visit from landlord and it seems that i am infesting our building with crickets?

I wouldnt use meal worms as a staple diet, silk worms are a much better choice as a staple.

For the smaller chams, I usually supplement with fruitflies (hydei species). They're a little larger than a pinhead, never hide, and easy for you chams to catch
