Very ugly Three Toed Box Turtle

HerperHelmz May 10, 2004 02:49 PM

Ok, I am assuming that's what my very ugly box turtle is, it has three toes on it's back legs, but I have read that many other box turtle sub-species will have three toes as well. It doesn't look to be an adult, maybe a 3 year old, I'm not very good with estimating box turtle ages, I have a 6 month old eastern box turtle. Well truly I do not want this box turtle, it was eating lettuce last night(lettuce with no nutritional value). I couldn't get any worms big enough that the turtle would be full off. If anyone is interested in having the turtle, feel free to email me.

A kid in Arkansas found it and thought it was injured, so he sent it to me.
