can they eat?

i buy a mix vegetable thing that is peas green beans and corn, can tehy eat all that? it is real soft and i mix it with mustard greens, collard greens, and kale. is that good for them? i also put calcium suplement on it every day too is this okay. well bob has some scars on him and other than that the vet gave him a good bill of health.

It might be ok to mix in every once in a while as a treat if he likes those sorts of things, but not on a regular basis. The nutrition page at beautifuldragons.com shows that both peas and corn are low in calcium and quite high in phosphorus, and too much of that sort of thing could cause problems. It is good to add variety to the greens you offer, but there are a lot more nutritious options that your beardie will enjoy just as much.

Collard and mustard greens are all great staples. Daily calcium supplimenting is fine if he's still growing (he looks young in the pic), once he's full grown you can cut back to 3-4 times a week. You should also be giving vitamin suppliments once or twice a week.

thats all fine, but if the calcium has d3 in it you should feed your beardie the calcium less often.
