I jsut got some parazap in the mail as i was gonna use it for prevention purposes but i just found out that my baby has strongyl....can parazap treat this? Or should I go with meds from the doc?

I would use the meds from the doc. You can use Parazap as a preventative measure, but a couple of doses of Panacur, and got cleaning habits of the cage should rid you of strongloids. The parasite may decrease the parasite load, but I would play it safe and use meds from the doctor.
