paddletail newts

Are there any other newt species that are compatible with paddletails? If not, how many paddletails can you keep in a 30 long tank?

I would not recommend keeping any other species with paddletail newts. Depending on the species they can be very aggressive.
The most commonly imported paddletail newt is P. labiatus and you may end up with only 1 pair being able to coexist in a 30 gallon aquarium.
