question about bearded Diet.

Snakebyt May 11, 2004 04:40 AM

I just got some ackies last week, and today i was feeding them some of the turkey diet that is fed to monitors. I decided to throw a little bit in for one of my beardeds. He chomped on it.

Just wondering if anyone else has ever used it on beardeds every once in a while, and any reason why i should not be doing it.

even lean turkey is high in fat, I wouldn't do it.

Wouldnt that be a good thing for females during breeding season?

not neccessarily. All the recomendations I have seen for females in season call for a juvie diet high in protien not fat.
