Just wanted to know if anyone else will be out west during this time. I will be in Sanderson 17-20,Terlingua 20-23 (hunting the x-mas), and back in Sanderson 23-25. Also, were is a good place to stay in Terlingua? What has the weather been like lately? Is it to earily to hunt the x-mas? Thank you and good luck this year to all. Shane D.

The easter egg is one of the cheapest. Everyone I know seems to want to stay in the cabins that are in the christmas mountains. I can't remember the name. Anyone else remember?

my wife and i will be in black gap the 16th, then river road the 17th-22nd. the wild horse station is a nice hotel on 118 in study butte. email me if u need more info. wismarzx6e@hotmail.com the weather looks great. had rain and will warm up to upper 90's.

Thank you for the reply. I think we will give the WIld horse a try. Good luck in the Gap. I have always wanted to hunt there but never have. That locality produces some of the most outstanding alterna (IMO). Maby we will see you around. Shane

May 20-25 Comstock
I think its a bit cold for far West but you never know.
I have been in and around HWY 90 between Del Rio and Sanderson lately and the farther West the temps dropped way to quick and that's only Sanderson. Hell if it don't stop raining and start getting warmer out West even 277 will suck. On the other hand South Texas is rock'n. But that dosn't help an alterna fan.
