Day six of CNS symptoms and Lucy still lives

I finaly got an appointment for friday. I don't see any mouthrot,but I still haven't seen her tongue in days. I was wondering if anyone knew what the symptoms of encephalitis and meningitis were? If this is IBD, would I have to assume that my other snakes have it too? Thankful for any input.
