jackson cham growth?

My female jacson chameleon has a small growth on the right side of her lip. it is pink like the lip with a little black spot on the top. It has not affected her eating, drinking, or behavior. She does not even seem to notice it. I was just wondering if I should be wirried.

Is this "growth" growing or getting worse? Is there a discharge of pus or fluid?
Anything like this is cause for concern. But if she was born with it, it may be harmless. Please post a pic.
