my beardies thumb on the right looks a bit swollen, but it does not hurt her wen i poke it, nore does the other thumb she eats normally and does everything else normal. should i have anything to worrie about?

go down, within a reasonable amount of time, a few days.
Especially if it starts to swell up the arm, and you can not see any cuts or sores, I would see a Vet.
This is way too early to make you worry, without knowing details, but just being cautious.
Lizards Limbs will swell with MBD Hopefully, its not that!
