resize them. Open them up in Paint if you have it, and then Image...Sketch/Skew, and I normally do 50% 50%...other than that, I have no idea, lol. But thats how I resize mine.

If you have win XP, go to www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp ... scroll down a bit and click on ImageResizer.exe on the right hand side.

Choose open.

Click OK, or Yes, or Finish (anything positive) and let it download and install.

Once that's done, just right click on any picture, choose "Resize Picture" from the context menu and then choose the size you want. Medium is good for posting pics to Kingsnake.
