how big?

heres my question how big should a crested gecko be before i start feeding him medium sized cricx now hes just eating small

I don't really know how big the small or medium crickets that you're talking about are. I buy my crickets based on their length in inches. For example 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and so on.

As a general rule of thumb, I try not to feed crickets that are any longer than the gecko's head is wide.

Basically, that's 1/4" for babies and once the geckos are about 3-4 months old, I give them 1/2" crickets. Adult Cresteds can take pretty big prey items, but they seem to really do best with 1/2-3/4" crickets.
