Breeding Mice... HELP...

Hello all...I recently aquired 1.3 adult mice...I have had them for almost 3 weeks now...How long until I see some pinks?

With ADULT mice it is hard to say. If you got OLD mice vs, just hit their prime mice then you may wait a while. If you got just turned adult mice then they will settle in and produce for you sooner. I personally like to raise up young mice together if I am setting up a totally new group. They tend to adjust faster. I would give yours another couple three weeks before you call it a lost cause.

If you are starting a new colony, plan on 2 months before litters start to show up. It may be a couple of weeks earlier, but don't stress until then. I have also found that encouraging the male ("hey, check her out huh?" or "Ooh, would you look at that, yeah she knows how to shake that tail" has absolutely no effect whatsoever and only prompts humans around you to call you "weird" or stop talking to you all together.
