YES!! Finally, baby ALBINOS born and SUNGLOWS, too!!!!

Shane Kinney May 12, 2004 02:03 PM

After trying to produce baby albinos for the past 4 years, I finally saw those little white heads poking up taking their first breaths! This breeding was a Jeremy Stone DH Sunglow male X a unrelated het albino female. She had no post ovulation shed and gave birth to 34 babies 121 days after ovulation. The breakdown is 17 normal 66% poss. het. albinos, 8 hypos 66% poss. het. albinos, 3 albinos, and 6 SUNGLOW ALBINOS!! And ZERO SLUGS!! Unfortunately, one of the hypos was apparently smashed by mom. When I saw him he was flopping around with a smashed head and one eye bulging out the side. Otherwise they are all 100% and there is quite a bit of variance in the Sunglows.
