should I aid the shedding process?

My 3 week old panther is shedding, and I was wondering if there was anything I can do to help. Should I just let her do her thing. She's hanging from the top of the cage - rubbing back and forth. Also I read that chameleons don't shed - obviously not true.

Hey Zag,

Raise the humidity up if she is having a hard time shedding. The whole process should not take more than a couple days. If you can't raise the humidity, try misting her with warm water. More than likely she'll be able to complete the shed on her own. Don't pull at the skin!

Thanks. She's almost done, and she only started about an hour ago. Guess I jumped the gun on that one I just got my ultrasonic humidifier. I'm gonna direct that into the top of the cage also.
