Remedy May 12, 2004 03:52 PM

when cresteds lay their eggs, do they burry them deep?? when i am looking for eggs, do i need to dig through the nest box, or will i be able to see part (or all) of the eggs without digging?

In my experience, i had always had to dig within the nest box to find the eggs. Just be careful when doing so.

First of all, gorgeous gecko.

Cresteds will completely bury the eggs if given a deep enough container. You'll need to root around in there every night when the female is close to laying.
