It's not letting me download this program? my computer freezes? IS it letteng you all download it? Is the system accurate? easy to use?

I just checked again. I downloaded it no problem. Try choosing save as rather than opening the zip file directly.

It is a pretty good program and if you take the time to follow the recommendations, it is more accurate than trying to stretch the snake out.
