I finally got the new tank all setup. Zeek is now on her side and appears to like it.
When i took Zeus and Ziggy out, i decided to leave them in the critter keeper for the night so i could get a good look at them and see if they were both eating.
First off Ziggy looks gravid......i mean she's FAT and there appears to be two faint white things in her lower tummy. I've never seen a gravid crested before so i'm not 100% sure.
Anyways, i thought since i got some crickets i'd put in a couple. They both crawled up the sides and watched the crickets but neither one went after them. After a few hours the crickets were still there so i gave them some baby food. Almost immediately Ziggy went to it and walked in it and from what i can see this morning......they ROLLED in it.
In the morning i can usually tell that they have licked the food (i alternate CGD and baby food for variety). This time its everwhere....on the critterkeeper and on the geckos.
Anyone else have this happen???
I'm going to move them to the new tank today....i've got a nest box for Ziggy in there. I'll try to take pics. Its an awesome tank
