After Shed Pics!

Sorry, I got bored and decided to make a collage of my baby Green right after she shed... I'm just wondering, is it common for an anaconda to crap all over her skin after she sheds it?!? So far she has everytime, lol...

GREAT pics! I don't think your conda is puposely doing it. How big is it's cage? does it have room to avoid defecating on it?
That's a nice looking snake though.

Yes, it has plenty of room in it's cage to deficate anywhere else... But it's not a big deal, I didn't mean it as a serious question, I was just wondering I'm going to visit someone tomorrow about building the cages that I've been trying to do forever, because home depot had to special order the window for the cages... but the cages will be 8' long x 30" wide x 2' high... BUT I am debating on if I will put the cages in a different room and making them 8'x4'x2', One if for a burm and my green... I'm actually also debating on wrather to sell the burm and get a male green, and breed the greens yearly... But I don't know yet..

I too have a little burm (actually my girlfriends) that will need a larger cage in the future. The cage size you described is appropriate for a female green. I have my female in a 6x2x2 right now but I know that a larger one will be needed in the future. What I'll probably do is build a bigger one for the female and give this one to the male (who I'm anxiously waiting for).
Yearly breeding of greens is not recomended because of the tremendous weight loss the female goes through during pregnancy. I've read posts that say females sometimes wont even ovulate the next year after giving birth. I hope you do end up breeding greens though and wish you the best of luck.
