My 4 month old male beardie is starting to display typical male beardie behavior already...he'll climb up on the rock in the middle of his cage and try to puff up his tiny beard...it's so cute but it makes me a little bit sad to see my little baby get bigger.

It happens to the best of us. At first they keep to your coattails all skittish, then one day they start puffing out their beards, looking for females. It won't be long before their voice cracks and they start wanting the keys to your car.
Or is that real kids? I keep getting them confused....

My little boy, who is about five months, is doing that also. Only he can get his beard pretty puffed up. Especially when he notices our big female. He thinks he is some big stud dragon..haha
