dimension on breed red-tail cage

would a 48" long 26" deep and 14" high be good for a full grown columbian red-tail

Well thats not all that far off from what i keep my smaller boas in. Rarely but it does happen you will get a genetically HUGE female and i do have several 6x2x2 foot tanks for those girls and the larger tanks work well for breeding purposes.. But i think you will be okay with a four foot tank but as with almost all snakes the more space you can give them the better off it is... Anyways i hope you enjoy your boa... they are truely wonderful animals.
