Have you put some neosporin or some other anti-bacteria medicine on her? I'm no vet, but I hear a lot of people using neosporin or polysporin on open wounds to keep infection out.

the wound will hopefully heal, but you'll be left with orangish scar tissue when the skin regrows. one of the downsides to breeding and the reason why i never bred mine. good luck.

As previously stated, she will probably be left with white and orange scar tissue. It does not have the same texture as the normal scales but will be soft and smooth. I have 2 Blue Tegus with this kind of scarring. The younger female's wounds were quite severe and she did go off of food for a while. I treated the enormous scabs with A&D ointment just to keep them softened. It took a total of about 2 months for her to heal completely and she's fine and active now.
