President Bush told the world there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq...and programs to continue their development.
There was no evidence then...and there is none now...so his reason for invading this country changed...after said invasion.
If we went their because of Iraqs WMD programs, and there are none...and if even ONE IRAQ CIVILIAN LOST THEIR LIFE because of this...President Bush should at the very least, lose his job...

No it was Failure to LISTEN to the US any more.. Had Saddam remained subordinate, He'd still be in power.. And you can't deny this...........

The failure to not listen to the US was the failure to comply with 1441. Iraq had banned weapons, and the US is pretty much the only country to follow through with 1441.
