Well, I had recently finished my new water dragon enclosure....and it took a while! A couple of months later, I had to move.
Everything was going fine, until...the house didn't fit through the door. It's because I live in a daylight basement apartment, and there isn't enough room to angle to house in due to blocking cement steps lowering into the ground.
SO, the dragon went in a 40 long, with wood chips and a kitty litter pan for a pool. One stick, one rock...that's about it. It was a temporary thing. Odd thing is, He acted like he was SO much happier! He shed more than I'd ever had him shed....and he was colder, less humid, with less elaborate settings. Weird...
Meanwhile, It poured rain non-stop for 3 weeks. Once it stopped, the house didn't look so new anymore. I cut it in half, and it's inside....I now have to reconstruct it, do some touch ups, and move him back.
But I think it's odd he acts so happy in such a crappy home....
