Super PC Litter Born today!!!

creptilia May 14, 2004 09:25 PM

And it is about time! It has been painful watching and listening to all the cool things being produced this year. This is not our most exciting project this year, but we sure got some killer pink salmons and super salmons. This litter was produced from a handsome (now proven) "Ihle" Super Salmon and beautiful Ihle "PC" (Pink Colombian) salmon. They are all awesome and I cannot wait to pull them out to see them individually! It looks as if she dropped about 20 live and a pill or two (not bad for a five footer and first litter). I will of course know more in a couple of days. She did not have a POS, I did not see her ovulate, I did not observe copulation, and yet I still have a great litter. She was a bit messy towards her tail (if you know what I mean), refused food, hugged the hot spot, so I knew I could have a litter around this time. It does not have to be "textbook" with these animals- you just need to know them. I always forget how small they are when they are born. Good luck to you all!
