OT: Keeping Balls in an Aquarium

IDunnoEither May 14, 2004 11:03 PM

Hiya i got my ball today and it's cool. the store said most people keep them in aquariums. i put mine in an aquarium and he doesn't seem to like it much and my tetras are freaked so what should I do. The water temp is around 85 so I figure that's ok.

Take the tetras out and replace them with guppies and mollies. Put the tetras on wood chips.

You need to provide a temperature gradient. one half of the water needs to be cooler.

thanks for help! its not so much a prob now cause the tetras must have crawled out of the tank during the night since they're not around. I'm working on the temp gradient. I figure if I put a modest flame under one end and dry ice under the other i'll have some sort of a gradient.

i've been reading this forum and i'll bet she has no problems shedding!

BP's are from Africa and Tetras are from South America. Also you need a temp gradient from 90-80. ALso, ball pythons dont do good in aqurariums.
