I took this page from somewhere else and reposted it because the server it was on... is unreliable (or was when I last checked) All appropriate credit has been left on the page however. Many of the common invertebrate prey species used for feeders have been covered in this analysis. For those wondering about the difference between mealworms, crickets and superworms as staples... you'll see some of the values are actually fairly close when the insects are fed a proper diet.
