I'm treating a Yellowfoot with Metronidazole using the cloaca and a piller with a soft rubber end. This was my vet's idea and it works really well. I had never heard of medicating this way and just curious if anyone could speak to the results of such a method. I've not seen the pill come back out so it must be absorbing quite well. Could this method be used with other meds also?
