You can, but that doesn't mean you should, not on a regular basis. They won't hurt your beardie, but they offer very little nutritionally, so be sure he is getting plently of good nutrients elsewhere.

I will refer you to a very good resource for learning what foods are better than others. I have this site bookmarked and refer to it on a regular basis. Anytime you have questions about feeding your beardie a new food, it's a good thing to check this first.
