The only person I know who could give you any help is Andy Highfield of the Tortoise Trust. If you have one you have THE most difficult tort to keep alive, let alone thrive, in captivity. I don't know of anyone in the US who has been able to keep one alive longer, let alone determine a diet, than 3-4 months in captivity.

You may also try Russ Gurley, he may have some insight or know someone who has been able to keep one alive.
