if a female only have 3 legs (missing the front left) would and could she still breed?

What about all of those purple heart WWII veterans who founded the baby boomer generation...I'm sure some of them had to have lost an arm or a leg...
If the monitor is able to move around and go about its normal everyday businesses, I don't see why it would not have the ability to reproduce...
