I am currently misting and trickling water onto little noses with a syringe. I would much prefer that they drink from a water dish like my big ones do.

That's a good question. The answer is something I never figured out. My lizards won't drink from bowls, they apparently get all their hydration from the foods they eat.

I tried leaving water bowls in my cages but never saw any of mine use one or drink from one...until just the other day when they had been outside for awhile and the were really hot they drank like crazy but i dont think they need a bowl unless they need a drink really bad
if the water is moving they will be curious and more likely to drink. A bubbler blows bubbles in the water like a fish tank and a drip is like a water fall but dripps a drop of water at a time.
Keep in mind if you have a water bowl, you probably will need to change the water daily, especially if they crawl through it. They really dont need water if you provide enough moisture in their food. You can also mist them or bathe them occationally.

My babies are not showing much interest in salad, which has a lot of moisture, primarily they are eating dusted insects. When your dragons were little (these are almost 4 weeks) did yours eat their greens?
crix and supers are very high in moisture if they are fed properly. My babies eat salad almost from the begining. I use t-rex VGF to make it a high protien meal.
