I'm not really old, I just read old books... lol
Max really loves all our reptiles. When we use to have cages in the living room he would sit and watch them all day. It was like he had all these TV's with different nature channels on. When one of the wolves got into the outdoor holding pen, Max stood guard over our escaped BD until we came out and got him.

Do your other lizard species find the others interesting too?
Our 2' F water dragon loves the 5' male iguana, her outside cage is next to him and they spend each day laying as close as they can get to each other, he only moves away to watch the female beardies in their kiddie pool playing.
Speaking of animal planet, do yours like to watch that on TV? We have several in stackable cages that can see a TV and as soon as it was turned on the would come sit at the front of the enclosures and watch it... They seem to especially like the shows with water. I think they are waiting to see the crocs get Steve!

My lizards could care less, but my dog LOVES animal planet. She especially likes the wolf documentaries.

Beautiful dog.
My last dog, a german shepard, was so gentle with the smaller pets that she would let them crawl all over her like that. The dog I have now just wants to SNIFF and TOUCH and CHASE. She wouldn't purposely hurt them, but we have to keep a watchfull eye on her when they're out.
