You can prolly pull off an adult in an enclouser that size, although bigger is always better. And yes, at your size you should be able to handle a mid sized one. Heck, I'm around your size and handle mid sized savvys like nothing! You shouldn't really have problems with an adult, but it may be a little intimidating, so I would recomend you raise it from a small size.

Well i feed mine 3 mice twice a week and all it can eat in crickets once every two weeks along with lean raw turkey once a month but they'll do fine on a strictly adult mice diet as adults. When mine was a baby i fed i all crickets, as many as it could eat everyday. Now "Adisa"one who will teach us) is almost a year old and i keep her in a 8'x4'x4' enclosure with 2' of dirt as substrate and an ambient temp of 85 degrees and basking spot of 130 degrees and she loves and uses ever bit of the space. I also keep a large container of room temperature water where she goes and soaks when she gets the need. Also a good thing to do or should i say what i do to help with shedding is soak her in room temp water in the tub for 2 hours once a week but make sure its not to much water if you decide to try this. Just enough to cover its back. Oh yeah make sure you dust your crickets with a good vitamin/calcium supplement. Have fun, they are a bundle of knowledge.
