I remember one of my first posts a while back, and i was wondering about a good way to sex Alligator Lizards in the field without probing, and I was told a nifty way that seems to work. ACE told me that if you gently grab the gator by the sides of the head, not allowing it to move its head or bite, a male will generally evert one of his copulatory organs when trying to poop on you. Well, this has worked for me. I finally found a few Alligator lizards, and sure enough, when I applied this technique, there it was. Just wanted to share that with you all. maybe that'll help someone else like it did me.
