I have a 1.3 group that im attempting to colonize but atleast one of my females hasn't reached maturity, will that be a problem if the other two were to have pups? I mean, will the younger female eat the pups? or is that ok?

She'll be fine more than likely. The only time I see other females eat other's pups is when there are a good number of pups and the cannibal is about to drop a litter of her own. Go fig. First timers can tend to kill litters but just let it go the first time and see what happens with second litters. It often settles out.
