Can you judge adult appearance based on babies?

I was thinking of getting an amel corn (reverse okeetee would be nice!) at an upcoming show. How much does the appearance of a hatchling (colour and pattern) tell you about what you'll get when the snake is an adult? Any clues to the development of colour intensity or development of the pattern? Thanks.

Yes and No.
in my experience most of the color you see on a baby will stay through adulthood. some will intensify and others may be overrun with other colors. Mostly the pattern will strech out.
