Need advice

What I am wondering is which way of suppling chameleons with water is better. Drippers, Waterfalls, Auto-misters, or other things?

Your local temp, humidity, and whether you place your cham outdoors are all factors to consider.
Speaking in generalities:
Auto-misters: used for raising huimidity of your cham's surroundings. They may or may not drink from this, but their TRUE worth is in raising the humidity level in the environment, or lowering the temp (to some degree) when it's VERY warm.
Waterfalls: I've never used them myself. From what I understand, your chameleon may or may not use this as a water source; I guess it depends. I don't use because I understand that the standing water in these things could be a breeding ground for bacteria.
Drippers: This is what I use as the primary water source for my chameleons. Depending on the outside temps, sometimes I use misters for additional hydration (chams also love them to wash debri and foreign matter from their eyes), but I always use the drippers. Outside of having to have some sort of aparatus in place to catch the excess water, I can't think of any drawbacks to using this method for hydration.
Just my opinions, please don't crucify me if I stated something wrong!

I agree with Victor here. Drippers, misters, foggers, rainers and water-fallers are each different tools that can be used to accomplish something. They each have their pros and cons.

If you live next door to the devil in Nevada, You need some humidty and some temperature salvation..

If you have an igloo in Ohio, you just need a little humidty to add to that dry furnace air.

I would use different combinations of the available tools to accomplish my environments..

both of the previous posts are right.

Here's my experience with waterfalls:

I used to have a waterfall for my cham. Never drank from it, except once that I saw. Gets most of his hydration from mistings and the dripper. It was too big of a hassle to clean the waterfall. And I'd find a death cricket in the water basin every time I cleaned it. I decided it was to risky to use for my cham as a means of hydration. Poop would get on it and crickets would find a way to get in their and drown. Just gross. I'd have to take it out every day and clean it. Not only did this process disturb my cham, but it wasted A LOT of water! I now have it sitting on a table in my room. To me, waterfalls are only good for their asthetic value and nothing more. My advice to you is stay away from a waterfall, more trouble than its worth.

Also, read a post I wrote a few days ago in response to a topic called "Habba Mist" or something. It's about a cool mister that's really cheap and works really really well.
