Dark Southern pacific from Devore

Hi,
Heres a southern pacific-(it was a bit pissed too) my friend had lifted this carpet piece and it shocked the hell out of him, before he even lifted it all the way up this snake started to rattle like crazy, ny friend jumped like a 3foot vertical. This was a fat short one and very dark-(I've seen dark ones like this before but usually in higher elevations). Well just wanted to share the pic.
