Is it feasible to mix different species of Dendrobates in a 230 gallon hex vivarium, and what tips can you guys provide for feeding in such a large enclosure?

You can mix different species in the tank. I would keep the sizes roughtly the same, i.e. do not put thumbnails and Tincs together. Also be aware that many Dendrobates species will interbreed. As for how many to put in that depends on the amount of cover as well as the size of the tank. In a 10 gal tank normally you can house 2 frogs. I do not know if it extrapolates out lineraly or not. I guess someone else will have to answer that part. Hope this helps a bit.

yes you can mix the frogs if you want them beating each other and stressing each other out...It is NOT a good idea to mix frogs over the froglet stage they get far to stressed.

I have seen mixed frogs, of the same size, in many zoos and they do not seem to be having any problems.
