The chuck is doing great in the greenery. He's been seen munching on the sedum, dandelions, oregano, and the coreopsis (seen in the last chuck picture. He has nearly lost all his banding. His bulging sides indicates his approval of staying outside so far this year. He is a bit more shy than last year, but he will still take a flower or two from my hand.
Last but not least...my daughter in training. Soon, someday...she too will be hiking the hills helping dad spot the beautiful critters worthy of a good snapshot
