how much to feed???

I'm wondering if I might be over feeding my frogs, I keep reading so many differant things on how much to feed, i'm quite confused now...
So for froglets am i suppost to feed as much as they want? And for juviniles 30 flies? AND is this daily or every other day?

I usually feed all my frogs about every other day. As for how much, froglets should get all they can eat, juveniles should also get lots of food. Adults, however, can become obese, so 15 flies (hydei)or so should be enough for any adult tinc, azureus, terribilis, or other large dart. Hope this helps!
