i moved my female into a 20 gallon long by herself, with a heat pad underneath one side, cave on the other, habba tree in the middle.... you can't really control the temp with heat pad so i just have diff amounts of eco earth in diff spots on the pad to get different temps.... the problem is she's been in there almost 2 days and hasn't left the warmest spot on the pad which has been reaching the mid to high 90s... i also have a water bowl and bowl of mealworms but i haven't seen her touch either. any info/advice?
thanks

Hello there,

Well, if it hasnt been that long since you moved her, she might be still acclimating. Also, remember, that geckos are nocturnal, so she might be moving around while you are not there to see her; it commonly happens.

yes that's what i figured, i even saw her eating a mealworm this morning.... i guess my main concern is her laying over the mid-high 90s... that won't harm her in any way will it? won't she move if she gets too warm?
thanks
