Noticed that some keepers have VERY crisp holes ( no rough or jagged edges)in their rubbermaid plastic enclosures....What type drill bit should I get to make these very clean holes.?

The way I drill holes in that kind of material is with my Dremel Tool. You need a very fast rpm to make a nice clean hole...and well the Dremel is perfect with that.

The "Uni-Bit." This drills perfect holes in plastics - nicer than poking holes with a soldering iron and no jagged edges.

I just used a standard drill bit and then went over the edges with a piece of sandpaper to smooth it out. When the bit heats up, the plastic can gum itself to the hole edges. A razor or pocket knife and some sandpaper work wonders.
