ID of indian snake?

Hi,
soem years ago I found this sanke between Delhi and Agra. Total length was approx 4 ft. No enlarged teeth were visible.
I have no clue what it is. My first guess was a hypomelanistic Coluber ravergieri.
Maybe someone her can identify hte specimen.
