anyone used the plastic screen cages?

i think they are made by zoo med, i just got one, it came to me with a very sick iggy, he is in a new cage thats much better for him, but i was thinking of putting my vield in this, its huge, are normal heat lights ok? or will they melt it, hes in a metal screen cage now, so i dont think it will be to big of a schock for him, but i didnt know if there was anything i should know about these cages before i put him in

They should withstand the heat needed for chameleons... i beleive they are marketed primarily as chameleon cages. Just try to keep the heat source or any part of it that get hot from comming into direct contact with the screen.
